A Dedicated Server for Logging Voice Calls

A stand alone server based logger, primarily used for analogue extension logging, although it may be adapted for digital extension logging is also available. This call logger uses high impedance hardware, which is connected in parallel to the PABX extensions. 

Calls in progress are viewed with an easy to read GUI (Figure 1 see below)

The search function (Figure 2 see below) makes it easy to trace call recordings making use of account number, reference number,

CLI (Caller Line Identification) information, handling agent or a Date Time Search.
