A file is transferred into a Server's database, which is accessed when ports become available on the CTI server, automatically dialing customers.

Once Communication is established the CTI portion of the server communicates with the called party conveying the predetermined message and necessary data. The Outbound message can be voice, fax, SMS, or email.
