The “Total SMS Solution” is a Turnkey solution is split into two services, Inbound SMS and Outbound SMS.

Inbound SMS

Clients simply sms their account or reference number and type of transaction to an easy to remember number, based on your organizations business rules and requirements our solution will do the rest and effect a quick response to their question, query or transaction.

Outbound SMS

Outbound SMS enables you to effectively communicate with your market place be it Promotional Material, Competitions, Advertisements, Sales or Services.

By making use of the Web Based GUI you are able to log onto the application which provides for Password Authentication (Figure 1 See Below).

The system is web-enabled, allowing you to use and administer the system from anywhere!

The GUI interface (Figure 2 see below) allows you to create Multiple User Groups and Messages.
